As the team leader of The Loan Squad, Kristen is known for her steady guidance, sharp problem-solving skills, and a genuine heart for service. She and her team love a good puzzle and specialize in helping clients work through complex scenarios with clarity and confidence.

Family and service are at the heart of what drive Kristen. She is married to a born-and-raised Alaskan, business owner, and Marine Corps veteran. With a father who ran a small business in Ohio after serving in the Air Force, and a grandfather who served in the Army, supporting military families and small business owners is especially meaningful to her. She is also a devoted mom to two daughters, who inspire her every day to teach financial literacy, kindness, and to lead with love.
